    For over twenty years, Ray Arvizu has successfully utilized his wide-ranging network of business contacts and knowledge of the Hispanic market to develop proven strategies that keep our clients one step ahead of their competitors

    Nationally recognized for its innovative approach to penetrating any industry segment, Arvizu serves the needs of corporate, municipal, multi-national and non-profit agencies with strategic planning, advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns

    Arvizu is also a former Chairman of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and credited with pioneering the formation of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies. Arvizu has also been named one of the ‘100 Most Influential Hispanics’ by Hispanic Business Magazine.

    In 2000, Arvizu was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. In 2001, the Grand Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council named Arvizu the ‘Arizona Supplier of the Year and in 2002, Arvizu was named ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Arvizu was named to the Business Journals ‘Silver Anniversary Honor Roll’ honoring him for his service to the Valley over the last 25 years.

    Arvizu Advertising and Promotions was founded in 1991 and is a privately owned firm. The agency is proudly 100% Hispanic-owned.

    ERNESTINA ARVIZU “la mera-mera”

    As Chief Operating Officer for Arvizu Advertising & Promotions, Ernestina Arvizu is in charge of the internal operations of the agency. Her responsibilities include process and policy development and serving as a liaison between the agency’s legal counsel and finance department.

    Before working at Arvizu, Ernestina worked in the real estate industry for over twenty years where she developed Hispanic business and public relation programs. She is also credited with helping establish a bilingual training program that resulted in the first bilingual escrow unit in the state of Arizona.

    Ernestina and Ray have been married for 32 years. Together they have worked side-by-side to build the agency as we know it today.

    If there is something Arvizu delivers with 100% of their heart it is strengthening the community, especially as it pertains to the development and growth of Hispanic-owned businesses. Arvizu sponsors a number of charitable events annually and aids in fundraising efforts to many community-based organizations throughout the year. This commitment includes the formation of Arvizu Charities and the Arvizu Scholarship Fund benefiting deserving Hispanic youth.
